It’s a lovely Hotel in a beautiful renovated 17c building that were formerly 3 homes! The staff was attentive and friendly and helpful. The room we had was comfortable and nicely decorated with a nice bathroom and great shower! The breakfast was delicious and the restaurant was top notch! Would definitely stay there again when we return to Cartagena.

We spent 5 days at Casa San Agustin for our anniversary, and this was the perfect place to celebrate! The hotel is beautiful, clean and in the middle of everything. Staff was gracious and accommodating. I definitely recommend spending a day at Acasi beach - stunning and relaxing. Dinner at their restaurant was superb. Shout out to Laura for making our 25th an anniversary we will never forget!

The hotel and staff were all first class. The original room #200 had very limited closet space and we were moved to #201 a superb room. The only other disappointment was the boat ride to the hotel’s private island as the winds were so strong that the rides (40 minutes to an hour) were very uncomfortable, our time there cut short due to the need to start back earlier than advertised and the wind was so strong that eating was near impossible.

A true oasis in a busy and chaotic Cartagena. All amenities were top notch. Gorgeous pool, amazing food and incredible attention to every little detail. Also all the staff of the hotel was exceptional. I would definitely stay at this boutique hotel again. I travel quite a bit and this was my very favorite hotel ever. The only regret I had was not having every meal at the hotel restaurant. Every other restaurant we tried didn’t come close.
