This place is horrible, got lucky that i didn’t stay there more than 2 nights 1.5 days, - the place is hot everywhere, -they turn off the ac in your room during the nights. - the cleanness of the place is poor, i mean very poor. There was blood/red paint on the sheets, they cleaned the room and they didn’t changed the sheets.

Staff was very nice and kid friendly. The pool is very small but my 5 year old loved it :) Good AC. Clean rooms. Breakfast ok. No hot water in the shower.

El staff era muy amable y cálido . La habitación estaba limpia pero no salía agua caliente y tampoco funcionaba el teléfono del cuarto. El desayuno fue muy completo y el área de bar y restaurante muy confortable. Fuera de eso todo estuvo bien , no usamos el área de piscina . En realidad es como un gran jacuzzi con hidro .

Nos hicieron pagar impuestos porque no teníamos el sello de migración en el pasaporte de Guatemala explicamos que lo pusieron en el pasaporte de US que no teníamos conmigo, sabiendo que no éramos de Colombia y aparte en la habitación se iba la luz a cada rato y el desayuno muy malo.

It was a great choice for me and my family. We love the facilities, the views from our rooms and the restaurant are breathtaking. The staff is amazing and always willing to help. The restaurant was very good. The location is convenient. I recommend the hotel 100%

Upon checking in, we were taken to a floor that was completely under construction. I’d say the room we were put in had been completed first. From the elevator on there were electrical wires etc. we went down to ask about the start of the noise in the morning and were told they could move us the next day. The area was a construction site and should have been closed. Upon leaving after registration I received an email that there was not going to be any hot water. We felt there was not a sincere response to the areas of issues that were brought to their attention. We left the next day after securing accommodations that were quiet and offered hot water. The fact they knew there was no running hot water before we registered just shows dishonesty.

Staff great but the place very old even with the remodeling. Cleanness needs to improve. It’s a cheap place to stay at so you get what you paid for. I won’t come back. It was decent for the 2 nights I stayed but you can find so much better

This place was not at all as described. Most of the main area of the hoteal appeared to be under construction though I saw no actual construction activity the entire time I was there. THe physical envieronment was bad. My room had no windows, looked nothing like the photeos, was like a jail cell, and was like a bad renovation in the US that the landlord did himself with no construction experience. I checked out after one night and got a new hotel. When I pursued a refund the hotel told me they would ok it but that I would have to go through Travelocity. Travelocity said the hotel was unresponsive to the and charged me for the full 6 days even though I only stayed one. I will be disputing this on my credit card.
