Très déçus concernant l"accueil à l"arrivée.on nous annonce qui avait une annulation ainsi que le nom ne correspondait pas à la réservation avec un ton désagréable , aucune aimabiltè ni vérifiés correctement.censé nous accueillir plutôt avec boissons de rafraichissement. J"avais l"impression que le touriste français les déranger . leurs staffs n"était pas à la hauteur d"un hôtel 5 étoiles.manque professionnalisme et de compétence. L"hôtel doit impérativement revoir ses staffs.je me demande si le personnel de l"hôtel est passé par une école d"hôtelier. Ils ont tous le sourire mais aucune écoute. Par contre leurs locaux sont beaucoup mieux traité que le touriste. Dommage pour l"image de l"hôtel Intercontinental.faute de son personnel inneficace,l"hôtel pourrait perdre son prestige !!

It was close to everything you need: food, shopping, and entertainment. My only complaint is the vendors can be overwhelming. The hotel does not have a private beach; upon your arrival the vendors will bombard you. For a 5-star hotel, there should be a private beach section. That would be my only complaint. The hotel was clean, the staff was friendly and helpful, the pool and its staff was amazing.

Great place to stay but the restrictions of guests was a problem for me. They restrict how many friends can visit you at the property. I had had a friend come to see me from the other city and they (Francisco) refused to even listen to me and this lady had to get back on a uber to travel 2 hours back to her city and that was around 1:00 AM. It was a scary experience. He didn’t want to listen to reason and how dangerous it was for this person to travel at that time with a complete stranger in an uber at that time of the morning. Overall the rest of the staff was wonderful and friendly people especially the day shift guest services staff, the restaurant, waitresses and waiters. The pool staff and the housekeeper. It was a great experience for me.

I stayed at this hotel for four days and five nights and overall had a very pleasant experience. The staff and service were excellent, and the property is well-maintained. I had access to the club, which offered a delicious daily breakfast, happy hour, snacks, and beverages throughout the day. While housekeeping could use some improvement, any concerns I had such as an issue with my initial room, were promptly escalated and addressed. The Wi-Fi service could be better, as it is not available in the front lobby and coverage throughout the property would be a great enhancement. The location is very central, making it easy to access attractions, dining, and shopping. I would recommend this hotel for its service, amenities, and convenient location.

Let’s start with the towels — they looked like something I would use to clean my toilet. Dingy, outdated, and worn out. For a four-day stay at what’s supposed to be a four-star hotel, I received the same poor-quality towels every day. The breakfast buffet was repetitive, with the exact same options daily. The only highlight was the freshly made, healthy natural fruit juice — that was genuinely good. The front desk staff? Unfriendly, unhelpful, and full of attitude. Not what you’d expect from a hotel of this caliber. And the food overall? Tasted terrible. Definitely not worth the price or the supposed “luxury” label.

Stay for 5 nights with partner! Hotels facilities are nice, customer service was great, big, nice pool, a two-minute walk to the beach where you will encounter locals constantly traying sell you stuff, massages, tables and chairs if you want to stay at the beach for few hours. Plenty of restaurants around the hotel, so go out and eat good food for better price than the hotel restaurant., At the hotel you can request for a driver that can drive you for a decent fee to whatever you want to go!!
