Great Location and Clean

The apartment was very clean and had all the necessary items for cooking, cleaning etc. The location was great and the direct beach access is a real bonus. There is a wonderful variety of restaurants and there are a couple of supermarkets all within an 8 minute walk. Communication with Maria was excellent and the guys in the building (the security and maintenance) were great. We would return again. Thank you Maria for sharing your apartment.

I had a great week at Maria's apartment. The apartment had everything that you needed, towels, bedding, appliances, dishes, and even some supplies like coffee, sugar, olive oil, etc. The location is right down the street from the Hilton and within walking distance to many good restaurants and shops in Bocagrande. There were a couple of minor issues but Maria took care of them promptly. Nice safe and secure place. I highly recommend.

The apartment is in a good location, walking distance from the beaches in Bocagrande and a short taxi ride to the old city. This most recent trip to Cartagena was the second time that I have stayed in this apartment. When I go back to Cartagena, I will probably try to get this same apartment. Very satisfied.

Beautiful area

The apartment was well located and Maria and Mery could not have been any more accommodating and friendly. I would like to note, for any Americans, that many items that come standard in most rentals in the US, ie bath soap, face cloths, paper towels, beach towels, blanket/spread for the bed... do not come with the unit. It was not a problem, I just mention it because had I known, I could have brought some of the items with me to make our first night more comfortable. Fabulous rental and suited our needs perfectly. Thanks!

Soy argentina y junto a mi esposo, visitamos por primera vez Cartagena de Indias. Nos alojamos durante 10 días en el apartamento de María Elena, el que disfrutamos intensamente. Es un apartamento cómodo y totalmente equipado, para cubrir todas nuestras necesidades, decorado con muy buen gusto y absolutamente acogedor. Además de estar muy bien ubicado, en una tranquila zona, se encuentra muy cerca del centro comercial, y de las playas de Boca Grande. El Laguito tiene playas más tranquilas que Boca Grande, y eso es más de nuestro agrado. El edificio tiene un encargado las 24 hs, ( personal sumamente amable y dispuesto ). Y "la frutilla de la torta" ( como decimos en mi país) , que no puedo dejar de destacar, es la piscina, que se encuentra, literalmente, sobre la playa semi- privada, de la que consta el apartamento. Nuestra anfitriona, una persona muy cálida y sumamente cordial, estuvo, en todo momento dispuesta, para hacer nuestra estadía más placentera Muchas gracias, María Elena, por tanta gentileza, hemos pasado unos días estupendos y nos encantaría volver a visitarlos
