The Movich hotel is right in the middle of all the action. Perfect for walking everywhere. We could not be happier with the service and the views from our bedroom. I would stay there again in the future. The breakfasts were amazing and the service was excellent. Because the hotel was so central to all the tourist attractions, we were able to come by and get refreshed in the middle of the day without wasting too much time. It was scorching hot out on the streets and coming to our nicely refrigerated bedroom to take breaks was awesome.

The property was central and there were great restaurants and sites in the immediate vicinity. Despite being in a busy area, the hotel was calm and the pool and restaurant were a perfect place to relax and recover from the heat.

This hotel stay was supposed to be booked for April 1 - 2nd 2026, when the confirmation arrived back it was for yesterday evening. I contacted the property, the booking agent (hotels.com) to let them know about the error. No one has been able to assist. I am not looking for a refund, just an adjustment to the desired booking date of April 1 - 2.

Charming boutique hotel with the best view

Fabulous location, property and staff. Loved the rooftop pool and onsite dining options including restaurants and room service. Breakfast every morning was delicious and literally kept me full until dinner! My bed was comfortable and loved having a ceiling fan and AC to keep cool. Some of thr furnishings in the room need a little TLC (loose bathroom doorknob and toilet paper holder) and could use a few more art/decorative items in the room to make it feel a bit more luxurious but overall I loved my stay and would come back again in a heartbeat. Safe, quiet, and amazing views from the roof!

We recently stayed at the Movich. What an experience. Front desk staff possibly the. Invest we have had anywhere in the world. They were beyond helpful when we checked in to hold our luggage, provide us a place to change, call a car etc. They spoke every time you were coming or going. Always asking what they could do for you and if you were enjoying your stay. Really incredible in every way. Facility is great. Amazing rooftop pool. Drink and food service at the pool. Great rooms. Hotel is in the middle of everything. Walk to shops, restaurants, bars. Highly recommend, would stay here every time in cartegena
