The hotel is beautiful it was open only one week prior to my arrival. There are only two elevators for 18 floors. There is no a/c in the elevator. The electricity and the water was going out everyday. My last day at the hotel the water went out while showering. The mattresses were extremely hard. The best thing about the hotel Was the staff they were all very helpful. The breakfast buffet was also a plus. The gym was small and equipment was crammed in a tight small space.

Hotel is clean and nice. the only complaint is that the front desk connected me to an excursion on WhatsApp. I booked it and the excursion was responsive untill they received payment. Once they got payment they went MIA and the hotel nor the company called “luxury beach club” approved my payment and gave me details on where to go for meeting point. 2 days after I left Colombia they took $350 payment and still are unresponsive. Friendly advice Please do not book anything with this hotel.

This is a brand new property and I loved tge rooftop pool. The gym gets a little crowded in the morning but I managed a good workout. There is 24 supermarket 1 block away and several dining options. I was in room 902 with solid exposed concret walls that were very silent. Only thing missing was a coffee maker in the room. Except for that I loved everything.

Todo estuvo excelente, lo único por recomendar al Hotel es el parqueo, importante punto ya que muchos van en vehículos a Cartagena. Deberían generar un convenio con algún parqueadero. En mi caso a dos amigos en el hotel le sugirieron parquear al frente en las bahías cercanas la hotel, tuvimos suerte de conseguirlas, pero al día siguiente amanecieron los carros espichados. Es urgente que puedan solucionar el tema del parqueadero.

Una estancia muy placentera

Mi experiencia en el hotel fue sumamente satisfactoria. Todo el personal demuestra una gran dedicación y amabilidad, haciendo que uno se sienta verdaderamente bienvenido y especial. El ambiente es tranquilo, fresco y se nota el esmero en cada detalle para mantener el lugar impecable y atractivo. El desayuno buffet es variado, abundante y de excelente calidad. Sin embargo, resulta lamentable ver que algunos huéspedes no lo valoran adecuadamente, sirviéndose en exceso y dejando gran parte de la comida en la mesa. La lencería, al igual que las toallas para la playa, se encuentran en perfecto estado, limpias y de excelente calidad. Además, el personal siempre estuvo atento a cualquier solicitud, respondiendo con rapidez y una actitud genuinamente servicial. Se agradece especialmente la disposición para ayudar con recomendaciones locales y detalles que hicieron la estancia más cómoda. También cabe destacar la limpieza constante de las áreas comunes, lo que refleja un alto estándar de mantenimiento y cuidado por el bienestar de los huéspedes.
