This beautiful townhouse in the tranquil village of El Carmolí offers a perfect blend of modern comfort and serene coastal living. Just 5 km from the vibrant town of Los Alcázares and only a 7-minute walk to the beach, this home is ideally located for both relaxation and convenience.

El Carmoli is a small village located on the side of a mountain that was formed over 7 million years ago by a volcano. It is part of Los Urrutias and Punto Bravo. The village has a great all year-round restaurant and in the summer months has a chill out bar with live music.

The town of Los Alcazares is not far away where you have many bars and restaurants for all tastes, water sports, weekly market, long sandy beaches and a marina. Los Alcazares has many events and fiestas throughout the year including a carnival, live music in the summer months, the Medieval festival, festival of the sea, Cauldron festival and Christmas festivities.
