Mi experiencia en el hotel fue regular. La limpieza de la habitación no se realizó a tiempo y tuve que solicitarla en dos ocasiones, lo cual fue un poco incómodo. El servicio en general fue correcto, pero creo que podría mejorar en cuanto a la atención a los detalles. Agradezco la atención del personal, pero hay aspectos que deberían revisarse para ofrecer una mejor experiencia.

Anteriormente me había hospedado en Guayaquil y la verdad este hotel no tiene nada que ver. Para empezar, no ofrecen traslado al aeropuerto a pesar de que está a menos de 5 minutos. La atención al cliente fue pésima. Necesitaba hacer una llamada local fuera del hotel y me dijeron que no contaban con ese servicio. Incluso, el recepcionista me colgó el teléfono cuando comenté que iba a dejar una reseña. El desayuno tampoco tenía nada especial. Siento que, por el precio que pagué, pude haber conseguido algo mejor y con un trato más cordial.
