This is my second time staying at this Tru by Hilton location, and I’ve had another great experience. The hotel is very clean — which I truly appreciate because I’m very sensitive to even the slightest bit of unclean conditions. The staff is always welcoming and kind, and check-in is smooth every time. I’ve arrived later than the 3pm check-in time and never had any issues. Overall, it’s a reliable, comfortable, and pleasant stay.

Room was like a dorm room. TV did not work. I was in town for the SEC Championship football game & wanted to watch the end of the IU vs Ohio State game & post-game interviews...and couldn’t. Had to watch it on my phone. Called front desk shortly after check in to report it, they said they would send someone up and no one ever came. I had to report it again the next morning. Someone came up to finally fix the tv about an hour before I checked out. Housekeeping started knocking on my door at 10 a.m. for a Noon checkout. Just a generally terrible experience overall. Will never stay here again.
