Guests will be asked to pay the following charges at the property:

• A tax is imposed by the city and collected at the property. This tax is adjusted seasonally and might not apply all year round. Other exemptions or reductions may apply. For more details, please contact the property using the information on the reservation confirmation received after booking.
• A tax is imposed by the city: From 1 November to 31 March, EUR 1.00 per person, per night, up to 7 nights. This tax does not apply to children under 13 years of age.
• A tax is imposed by the city: From 1 April to 31 October, EUR 2.00 per person, per night, up to 7 nights. This tax does not apply to children under 13 years of age.
• Resort fee: EUR 2 per person, per night

The fees and deposits listed below will be charged at the time of service, check-in, or check-out.

• Airport shuttle fee: EUR 120 per vehicle (return, maximum occupancy 4)
• Uncovered self-parking fee: EUR 9 per day (in/out privileges)
• Late check-in fee: EUR 25 for check-in between 11:00 PM and 8:00 PM
• Late check-out fee: EUR 25
• Crib (infant bed) fee: EUR 25.0 per stay
• Towels fee: EUR 8 per person, per stay (or guests may bring their own)

• The seasonal pool will open in February and close in November.
• Reservations are needed for massage services and spa treatments. For reservations, contact the bed & breakfast before arrival using the contact information on the booking confirmation.
• Registered guests are the only ones allowed to be in guestrooms.
