No information that hotel was under reconstruction. No hair dryer in room. Water faucet installed backwards... hot was cold and cold was hot. TV and other items were sharing a multiple that was loose. No USB port for charging devices. Breakfast was lacking ketchup and other items. Most expensive hotel of our trip yet the most lacking.

The property is undergoing renovations, so I've no doubt that it will improve. Our room was very dated. There was no drain stopper in the sink and the toilet ran non-stop. The room was clean, and the price was considerably less than other hotels in that town.

Room was clean but it had no closet to hang our clothes, no iron, the bed felt like sleeping on straw, and the hair conditioner dispenser in the shower leaked making the shower floor very slippery. The noise from the street and parking lot kept us up most of the night. Update the rooms. Sheets had coffee stains on them we hope thats what it was. Wont ever be back. .

Staff was courteous. She was able to upgrade us to a 1st floor room. Room was clean. Shower was great. Comfortable bed. It was strange that there was no place in the room to hang clothes and coats. There was only 1 towel, 1 washcloth and 2 hand towels for 2 guests. Had to go to desk for more. There was an iron but no ironing board. Hotel is undergoing a restoration.

The rooms furniture was very old. Curtains were a mess and wouldn't close properly. The shower would not drain fast enough as the water would get 2" deep. No shelf, soap tray or towel bar in the shower to put razor or wash cloth on, had to put them on the floor! Just one18" towel bar in bathroom to hang wet towels on. The gym was not open because it was used as a storage room. They have no computers in the guest's office space. Theres remodel construction going on with a little noise and mess. The grounds were in need of cleaning of trash.The breakfast was good. The staff was excellent.

There was a major renovation occurring but nothing was stated on the web or when booking. Very cluttered walkways especially when you have to park on the other side of the building of where your room is located. I understand why the renovation as the room we were in was in very poor condition but same price as the renovated ones! Asked about moving, nope all full. Would not stay here until they are done.

The experience was quite bad unfortunately, we had two rooms, one of which was somewhat renovated, but didn’t really look like it had been cleaned very well. One room had no hot water whatsoever, and both rooms had TVs but no remotes. Sorry to say but we won’t be staying here again. Thanks.
