Logement non conforme à l annonce

L appartement dans lequel j ai dormi n était malheureusement pas celui que j avais réservé. Moins propre, en moins bon état, pas sale mais avec des bêtes se ballandant au sol, moins bien localisé que dans l annonce (point de vue personnel au vu de mes rdv) Je n ai pas vu l annonceur mais cependant il était disponible par téléphone. Je suis déçu de mon séjour et c est bien la première fois que je sens m être fait avoir sur Hôtels.com.
