In the hamlet Cereda 700 m from the centre of Casale Corte Cerro, 5.5 km from the centre of Omegna, in a quiet position, 6.2 km from the lake, in a cul-de-sac. For shared use: property 2'000 m2 (fenced), terraced garden with plants and flowers. 50 m long narrow motor access to the house. Public parking 100 m. Grocery 1 km, supermarket 2.2 km, shopping centre 3 km, bus stop 2.5 km, grass beach "Feriolo" 6.2 km. Nearby attractions: Stresa 13 km, Orta San Giulio 15 km. Please note: car recommended. Loading and unloading of baggage is possible at the holiday house. Owner lives in separate semi-detached house. The owner has a dog. Property ref. IT2017.603.1 is situated on the same property.
