Our first room had blood on the sheets there was so much dust on dressers and hangers. The floor was dirty and chairs were stained. I asked to change rooms the second room had clean sheets but the throw pillows were stained the walls had brown stuff thrown on them. The bed frames had holes in them. I was very disappointed especially with the price that we paid. The lobby felt very welcoming and inviting it was too bad the room's were not as clean and inviting.

We always enjoying staying here. It's not your usual run of the mill hotel, but has character! Clean, comfortable beds, staff is pleasant and the breakfast is fine. We ran into a small snafu on our room, but it was graduation and marathon weekend and was fully booked, so totally understand. It was solved acceptably. Definitely recommend a stay here!

Great place!

Beautiful atmosphere, family friendly, clean and his breakfast. We enjoyed the hot tubs and fish pond. Lovely place. Would stay again in a heartbeat!

Whenever we are in Casper we stay here. Always the best. We usually go through Casper 2 - 4 times a year. They recommend the “Firerock” restaurant. We always go there every time also

The only problems with the room were the fan in the bathroom not working and the tub had a slippery floor. Most of the issue with the hotel was the huge number of unsupervised children running in the hallways and playing in the hot tubs. I know that's not on the hotel staff, but they could have warned the parents to keep them under control. There was also numerous places were crackers were smashed on the carpet. Overall, it COULD have been an amazing place to stay, but we left with no desire to go back because of the unruly children.

The breakfast was terrible. They ran out of items to eat, and the prepared food, sausage etc. Was not good at all. Did not program my key for my entire stay, so had to get my key redone. Overall I was disappointed, this is our go to hotel in Casper and this stay was completely different than my usual stays.
