Housekeeping woke me up and the AC would not work below 72 and my privacy tag was out on the door. I got in late, stayed out to eat and was woken up well before check out and the front desk lady did not care until after I left a review on their text message. the room was not very clean as far as dust, and there was some trash in the garbage upon arrival. the breakfast was tasteless and options for a best western was not well.

Dirty and hair in the bathroom. The most uncomfortable bed. Carpet was sticky and crunchy. Breakfast was only what I can imagine jail food would look and taste like.

We stayed in a family suite and it had two bathrooms, two bedrooms, a balcony, a kitchenette and eating area, and a couch. One bedroom had cute bunk beds, and there were three tvs in the suite. For the price we expected a typical 3 beds in one room, so it was a pleasant surprise. The lobby and breakfast area were spacious and tastefully decorated; it looked like a much more upscale hotel! Only complaints: some of the hallway carpets were stained and our faucets would only dispense warm and hot water.
