Loved that it was semi-remote and in the trees but within a 30-minute to 1 1/2 hour drive of so much (Bentonville, Eureka Springs, and Branson for us). Beautiful deck, clean, well appointed, great internet speed (we had 4 online in the evenings), stackable washer/dryer. Nice sized bathrooms. Saw the most beautiful sunrises through those windows along with deer! Hubby says they set the standard for excellence in a VRBO!

Great Stay

We enjoyed our stay at the Big Woods 3 cabin. It was big enough for all 13 of us. Everyone enjoyed the pool! The location was good for those who wanted to go to Roaring River & Branson.

Lovely house

The house was beautiful. We loved the big windows and all the natural light in the morning. It was a comfy stay. My only gripe is we paid the expensive cleaning fee equal to the cost of the stay yet we were given cleaning tasks in order to check out. On top of that a 300 deposit could be withheld if we didn't take out the trash, wash towels, strip sheets, and run the dishwasher. The towels smelled mildewy which I suspect comes from having visitors wash them and being left in the washing machine. I don't think it's right to have us do all that after paying such a large cleaning fee. Otherwise, we liked the location and the home itself. Wish we could have spent more time in it.

Beautiful home, felt very welcoming

House was great, loved all the windows in the great room. Made for a beautiful night as we chatted and watched squirrels playing and then an amazing light show from a thunderstorm. Also, love all of the little welcoming items. From a snack basket to make smores to toiletries in the baths. The host thought of everything to make the home inviting.

Amazing!!

We had a wonderful weekend at The Big Woods 3 property. The house was clean, well stocked and absolutely beautiful. We had 3 families staying to enjoy some trout fishing at Roaring River and to celebrate my son's 8th birthday. The kids loved exploring the yard and making s'mores in the fire pit. We will definitely look at booking again in the future.

Booked cabin for 6 adults & 4 rowdy young boys. Cabin very clean, all the amenities you need, very relaxing. Drove to Eureka Springs for a wedding on Saturday, and was nice for a little decompression from the curves highway. I would recommend & will stay again.

Christmas Family Cabin

We rented this cabin to host our family Christmas celebration. Given that the weather can be crazy and unpredictable, our host was more than accommodating and helpful when a snow storm came through just before we were to arrive. She helped us to navigate what the roads would look like and was very concerned for our safety getting to the cabin. I enjoyed working with this host through the little weather hiccup and was pleased there are people who willing to help out when Mother Nature has other plans.

Beautiful property and property management was amazing

Loved the house. Really pretty location. House was stocked with everything needed. They had extra toiletry items that were included and even a s’mores package for the kids. We will definitely be back.

Home away from home

My family and 2 other families travelled for a friend's wedding at Thorncrown Chapel. We stayed at Big Woods Cabin for 3 nights. It was the most perfect place for all 9 of us!! 5 adults, 3 14yr old boys, and 1 12yr old girl. The cabin is so perfectly laid out with all the comfiness and personal touches you can imagine. Perfect Murder Mystery 30th Birthday Party

Best family gathering!

What a great family get away! The home was perfect for our family, especially for my 7 grandsons, ranging from 8 months to age 12. The bunk beds offered a great camp experience, where many little voices, giggles were heard. There were toys, baby items and movies to watch. The woods and yard made an excellent “Big Foot” expedition and the nights ended with campfires and s’mores! We all enjoyed our time away and are already planning our next trip!

Cozy Winter Getaway

We had a lovely weekend at Big Woods! The cabin is beautiful, with lots of space for our family. We spent time in Eureka Springs, which is a short drive away, and loved returning to the warmth and coziness of Big Woods at the end of a chilly wintery day of sight-seeing.
