Country House is a house of rustic Tuscan style, situated in the village of Orentano (Castelfranco di Sotto).
It is located in a quiet and convenient area, a few minutes walk from local amenities such as bars, restaurants, pizzeria, pharmacy, grocery, butcher.
The house can accommodate up to 7 people and is equipped with all the necessary equipment to make your stay enjoyable.
The place is divided on two floors: the ground floor is the entrance with living room, kitchen / dining room equipped (kitchenette, fridge, oven, and all you need for cooking) with a table and tv, a double bedroom and small bathroom ; Upstairs are two double bedrooms, a single bedroom and a bathroom.
Outside, large garden with pool, deck chairs, umbrellas and dining table, to enjoy your holiday in peace and quiet.
The house and garden are for the exclusive use!
No sharing with other renters.

Prima plek

Het is een prima plek. Het interieur van de woning is nogal gedateerd. Vooral aantrekkelijk door de fijne tuin en het prima zwembadje. Eigenaresse heeft het speciaal voor ons al eerder geopend. Heel fijn.

Beautiful house and grounds

We had a fantastic stay here! The house is absolutely beautiful and the grounds are just perfect with plenty of places to relax and soak up the sun. Our kids (7, 9 and 10) loved playing in the pool which was always spotlessly clean and big enough for adults to enjoy too. We were warmly welcomed by Elisabetta and although we had no reason to do so, we knew that we could have contacted her at any time during our stay. We have many great memories of our holiday here!

Beautiful villa in a quiet friendly village, local shops and restaurants within walking distance. welcome the use of the swimming pool which was bigger than it looks on the photos. well appointed accomadation. . No airconditioning so need to keep the shutters closed to keep it cool. Mosqutio bites were our only problem. Would recommend this villa. Florence, Lucca and Pisa within easy reach if you have a car.

We had a wonderful time at the country house and the house itself was honestly beyond our expectations! We were welcomed with wine and biscotti and Elizabetta and her husband were very kind and gave us all the information we could’ve asked for! One thing I would suggest is adding the house number to the address because it wasn’t provided and we had to call on the day to ask for a more specific address! We were suggested two restaurants upon arrival but our favorite wasn’t one of the two, it was small pizzeria, called pizzeria 500 or something like that, and it had the best service, the thinnest most delicious pizzas and everything was so cheap! We went back almost everyday! I loved Orentano and the house and would recommend it to everyone! Thank you Elizabetta for the warm welcome and for the wonderful stay x

Very impressed.

House was fantastic. Everything we needed was very close by or only a short car journey away. Quiet and tranquil setting. Owners were very helpful and very nice. Would certainly recommend this property to anyone wanting a quiet pace of life. Only one small drawback and that was a couple of the restaurants only took bookings, we couldn't just walk in and get a table which was the only disappointing feature of the whole village. All in all, a fantastic place for family or just couples. Would highly recommend this villa.

The house is spacious and all bedrooms are a very good size. Bathrooms upstairs and downstairs which is handy. The highlight of the property is without doubt the outdoor space; lovely pool which is ideal size for a family, BBQ, ample sitting area with table and parasol also sun loungers provided. The lighting provided for the evening makes the garden and pool look fabulous. The garden is large and ideal if you have children as it provides space for games and to run around. The owners are very welcoming, speak good English and provide excellent info with regard to local activities, restaurants and shopping. The only suggestions I can give to enhance the stay would have been air conditioning (although it clearly states when booking that this is not in place), so I was fully aware of this on arrival. Fans are provided in each room. The final suggestion would be a larger fridge freezer; with the property accommodating up to 7 people a standard fridge with a small box freezer at the top of it does not provide sufficient space for storing food, drinks, ice cubes etc. This however should not take away from what is an excellent value for money property I would highly recommend and would certainly return to. Amazing Stay!! Highly Recommend

Elisabetta was waiting for our arrival at the property and was instantly very friendly. The house itself was beautifully kept, the pool was clean and the rooms were a perfect size. 3 of us stayed here and would highly recommend it, only thing to note is that it is a very quiet town so its perfect if you just want to relax.

Schönes Ferienhaus in ruhiger Lage

Ferienhaus liegt in einem kleinen Ort, der Bäckerei, Metzgerei, Minimarkt und Restaurants hat. Haus ist typisch italienisch, alt aber gepflegt. Außenanlage sehr schön mit dem Pool. Nette Vermieter, Check-in und Kommunikation problemlos. Viele Mücken, aber dagegen kann man Abhilfe schaffen.

Très bon séjour

Elisabetta hat einen tollen Job gemacht, wenn es Probleme gab, hat sie es gleich geklärt. Das Haus ist schon extrem alt. Die Straße ist nachts sehr laut, da Anwohner meinen , in einer 30 Zone unbedingt über100 kmh rasen zu müssen

Una casa comoda e funzionale in una zona tranquilla. Il relax è assicurato nonostante la casa non sia isolata. Fantastica la piscina e il giardino. In più in poco tempo si possono raggiungere le zone intorno come Lucca e le cinque Terre. Sicuramente ritorneremo

Fantastic stay!

We had a very nice stay in “country house”. The house was top notch. Everything you can think of was there. It was very clean both inside and out. The garden was beautiful with a spacious pool. Elisabetta made sure the pool was very well taken care of. In terms of location, it is perfectly situated. It is a quiet neighborhood and there are several local stores nearby. The residents themselves are very warm-hearted people. We had a very nice stay. It is highly recommended for anyone who wants to relax. We were also able to visit many different cities. Courtesy of the hostess Elisabetta for the warm welcome and the nice stay in “country house”.

Top verblijf in een authentiek italiaans huis

Wij verbleven hier met 7 personen in een groot italiaans huis, authentiek gerestaureerd. Met grote tuin en een klein zwembad. Het was aan alle kanten top, een echt italiaanse vakantie. Een aanrader!

Ottima soluzione per chi cerca indipendenza e tranquillità. Spazi ampi e ben curati in un cascinale tipico toscano ristrutturato ma lasciando invariati alcuni dettagli che lo rendono prezioso. La parte esterna è meravigliosa con una bella piscina e tanto spazio verde. Molto ben curato. Siamo andati in 2 adulti e 5 ragazzi e siamo rimasti estremamente soddisfatti. Raccomandatissimo

Fint stort lantligt & rent hus. Läget var ok men lite långt från stränderna 45 min med bil.Väldigt lugnt område(by).Supermarket 10 min med bil men även 300 m från huset en liten matbutik.Trädgården stor & poolen liten men ok för svalkande dopp.Varmt i sovrummen på 2:a våningen (fläktar finns).Inga vinglas .Wifi bra men fick startas om några gånger.Rekomenderar detta hus om du vill bo på landet i en liten by med Toscanakänsla.
