WePuglia - Paradise Trulli

Paradise Trulli is an independent villa with private heated pool with hydromassage. It is located in the countryside among Alberobello, Castellana Grotte, Monopoli and Polignano a Mare. The is composed of trulli and a bright loft, blending traditional and contemporary architecture, in the heart of the Apulian countryside. The villa can accommodate up to 12 people, and it is ideal for a relaxing holiday, with the possibility to reach the beaches of Monopoli in about 20 minutes and to visit the nearby beauties of Polignano a Mare and Valle d'Itria.

On one hand the trulli, finely restored, with two bedrooms obtained from the old stones' alcoves, with a bathroom and a kitchenette inside, a large outside area with a second cooking area and a gazebo, where you can relax among olive and almond trees. Next to the trulli, the bright newly built loft with large windows, which give a wonderful view of the surrounding countryside, with an inner kitchen, living room and mezzanine with sleeping area, an outdoor kitchen and a large equipped yard with private heated pool (4x10m, hmax 2m) with hydromassage, where to spend the long and hot summer days. The property has Wi-Fi, aircon, safe and private parking.
At Check-In you would sign a rental contract in written form in English for the rent of the house (as provided by art. 1 comma 4, Italian Law n. 431/1998). At Check-In there will be also the payment of the tourist tax for the municipality of Castellana Grotte, equal to 2€ per day for each person over 12, for the first 5 days.

Check-In: 4pm to 10pm (Late Check-In until 11:59pm 30€, after that time 50€ subject to confirmation)
Check-Out: before 10am
Cautionary Deposit: 300€
