La Casa dei Girasoli in Castelletto Sopra Ticino is a holiday home equipped with Wi-Fi, air conditioning, and a private garden. The apartment, situated on the raised ground floor with a private entrance, offers about 100 sqm of living space. The air-conditioned accommodation, furnished with new furniture, includes an entrance, a living area with a lounge, two comfortable sofas, electric fireplace, smart TV, and a large dining table. The open-plan kitchen is fully equipped and features a breakfast bar. The sleeping area includes a hallway, a spacious bathroom with a walk-in shower and washing machine, a practical storage room, and two air-conditioned double bedrooms, both with smart TV, clothes rack, bedside tables, chest of drawers, and desk; one of the bedrooms also has a large balcony with a relaxation corner. At the entrance, you will find a terrace with tables and chairs overlooking a private garden of about 300 sqm, planted and illuminated, with deck chairs. There is also an outdoor area with a table, chairs, and a large parasol. Public parking is located in front of the property. Tolle Ferienunterkunft mit Herz und Komfort

Wir hatten einen wunderbaren Aufenthalt in diesem sehr schönen und gepflegten Ferienhaus. Die Ausstattung ist hochwertig und durchdacht – besonders die Klimaanlage in allen Räumen war an heißen Tagen sehr angenehm. Der abgeschlossene Garten war ideal zum Spielen für unsere Kinder. Enrica und Max sind äußerst herzliche und hilfsbereite Gastgeber und standen uns mit vielen wertvollen Tipps zur Seite. Die Lage ist perfekt: Man erreicht sowohl beliebte Ausflugsziele als auch ruhige Orte im Hinterland abseits der Touristenströme schnell und unkompliziert. Einziger kleiner Minuspunkt: die Kirchenglocken tagsüber – nachts war es jedoch wunderbar ruhig. Insgesamt eine rundum empfehlenswerte Unterkunft für einen erholsamen, familienfreundlichen Urlaub!
