Charming Villa with spectacular view on the etruscan coast

Farmhouse (160 m2) that has been recently renovated in the hills of Pisa (350 m a.s.l) in a 15 ha property with olive groves and woods. 1.5 km Castellina Marittima (all kinds of shops, horse riding), 12 km the sea, 40 km Pisa, Livorno and Volterra, 55 km San Gimignano. Panoramic view that extends from the Apuane Alps to the sea. In summer the sun sets behind Corsica, and some mornings, you can see the Duomo of Pisa. Peacefull position. In the equipped lawn near the house the swimming pool (4x8) (1/5-30/9) is to be found with a jacuzzi bench, changing room and outside shower. )
To take advantage of al the views, Serrantica has three dining rooms: one inside the house, one under the portico and one under the large fig tree in front of the house.
The private swimming pool is accessible from 01/05 to 31/09.

3 Wochen Villa Serrantica

Das Haus ist in einer einzigartigen Lage. Die Aussicht ist traumhaft, das Grundstück riesig, das Haus ohne direkte Nachbarn. Ein Kieswerk (Gipsabbau?) befindet sich in der Nähe - diese "Geräusche" nimmt man für diese Immobilie aber gerne in Kauf. Das Haus ist groß und verfügt über eine gute Aufteilung: EG mit großer, gut ausgestatteter Wohnküche, kleines Wohnzimmer, größeres Wohnzimmer, Badezimmer, im OG 3 Schlafzimmer und 2 Badezimmer, alles sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet. 2 der Schlafzimmer haben eine wunderschöne Meersicht. Die Küche verfügt über sämtliche Küchengeräte (mehr als ich von zu Hause gewohnt bin) Unsere 4 Hunde durften uns begleiten, sie fanden genug Platz in der Wohnküche, das restliche Haus hielten wir wie besprochen Hundefrei - sie konnten sich auf dem riesigen Grundstück austoben und so haben wir alle einen wunderbaren Urlaub verbracht. Wir verbringen jeden Herbst Urlaub in der Toskana und wir haben nur gute Erfahrungen gemacht, aber dieses Haus war bis jetzt das schönste. Ich kann jedem empfehlen, den Urlaub in der Villa Serrantica zu verbringen.

De belles vacances

Nous sommes un couple avec 2 bébés et avons passé une superbe semaine dans cette villa. Les lieux sont bien plus beaux que les photos de présentation. Il y a tout pour passer une superbe semaine : ustensiles de cuisine, barbecue, beaux espaces pour le repas, du soleil, de l'ombre, la piscine (un peu froide : une bâche pour la nuit serait bienvenue pour garder la température :-) ), les salons pour se détendre, les grands espaces, l'isolement complet et la liberté de faire ce que l'on veut (chanter, danser, s'amuser,...) Formidable villa, Stefania est à 1 minute de la villa si besoin ! Le jardin et la piscine sont entretenus pendant le séjour ! Il faut se batailler avec le wifi mais l'essentiel n'est pas là, et finalement on est bien content d'avoir le minimum d'Internet ce qui permet de se concentrer sur la vue! Bref vous l'aurez compris... Foncez-y ! Le proprio est très sympathique et rempli d'humour ! JFC

Super séjour, maison idéale

Nous sommes tombés sous le charme de cette belle maison entourée d'oliviers avec une vue magnifique sur la campagne et la mer au loin. Calme absolu, très beau jardin, maison bien pensée, très bien équipée. Nous y avons passé un séjour extrêmement agréable.

heel leuk huis met prachtig uitzicht

heerlijk verblijf, fijn zwembad en keurig ingricht huis.pad naar het huis verdient vermelding. met lage auto kan staat van het pad problemen geven. De bedden waren wat aan zachte kant ( kwestie van persoonlijke smaak) en voor onze lengte van 1,9 m wat aan korte kant

Absolutely brilliant house incl. the whole seroundings with gardens, entrance area and the pool. Spectacular view as promissed in the owners description.The house is huge and clean. Cooking is a pleasureand all dishes and cuttlery are clean and nicely usable.A very, very good chance that we will come again :-)Attention!For all those people who admire the Tuscany it is perfectly clear that houses like this are located in secluded areas.Therefore access could sometime be a little bit of an adventure. I READ SOME COMMENTS REGARDING STEEP AND ROCKY ROADS TO BE A DISAPPOINTMENT AND CHALLANGE FOR SOME VISTORS.The access to this house is absolutely know problem at all. Simply check Google Street View and you will know what to expect.Simply disregard these comments.A big thanks for Jean-Louise and Stefania!Tutto era assolutamente perfetto.

Toskana pur

Unser Aufenthalt in der Toskana war sehr schön. Der Ausblick vom Grundstück ist wirklich wie beschrieben...man kann den Sonnenuntergang über Korsika sehen. Die Zufahrt zum Haus war etwas schwierig ( ausgefahrener Weg mit teilweise großen Löchern), aber dafür hat man dann eben diese Lage. Den Steinbruch gibts aber schon. Wenn man stängig Ausflüge macht, stört es nicht, aber ruhig am Pool liegen, geht nicht. Da arbeiten den ganzen Tag Presslufthammer und es gibt auch mal Explosionen. Allerdings etwas in der Ferne. Aber man hort es und sollte es wissen. Der Eigentümer hat wegen uns extra die Poolsaison verlängert, das fanden wir sehr nett, auch wenn es wirklich zu kalt war. Ansonsten hätten wir uns ein bisschen liebevolleres gewünscht. Vielleicht einen Wein zum Willkommen oder in paar Empfehlungen/ Hinweise. Das haben wir in bisherigen Häusern anders erlebt. Aber alles in allem war alles okay. Vielen Dank Das habe wegegibtsgibtarbeitenichtAbendLage.

This house with surroundings is absolutely amazing! It was way better then we ever could have expected. Stefania that met up with us was so sweet and welcoming. The pool and the view was so nice. We have nothing to complain about at all and hope to visit again! A little suggestion only, to put up some lights in the driveway and garden that would be light up at night would be amazing! What a great holidays!

The villa is absolutly beautiful, more than fully equipped und the view over the countryside is breathtaking, especially with the sunset. The pool is big enough for 6 persons. Jean-Louis is super nice and courteous. The check-in was easy and welcoming. If you wanna have a beautiful villa in a super sweet area, this is the right thing.

Lieblingsplatz in der Toskana am Meer

Wir waren zum wiederholten Mal in Jean-Louis authentischer Villa, die zu unserem Lieblingsplatz in der Toskana am Meer geworden ist. Die tolle Lage über dem Meer, inmitten des grünen Gartens wäre auch ohne Haus fantastisch - in Jean-Louis Villa fühlt man sich dazu noch wohlig, heimisch (in den Zwischenzeiten dank gut funktionierender Heizung warm) und bei Sonne und offenen Fenstern mit Meeresbrise und Weitsicht bis Korsika unglaublich wohl. Einer der besten Orte zum Auftanken und Wohlfühlen.

Calme assuré, vue exceptionnelle !

Ce lieu est incroyable, on ne se lasse jamais de cette vue incroyable. La maison est très confortable, très propre, nous avons apprécié les nombreux guides et livres sur la Toscane. Sa situation géographique est pratique pour visiter tous les beaux villages. Stéfania, qui s'occupe de la maison est adorable, tout s'est très bien passé, j'espère que nous aurons l'occasion d'y revenir !

Ich kann nur positives berichten. Das Haus ist toll und sehr gut ausgestattet. Wir waren 4 Erwachsene und ein Kind (3. Stefania und ihr Mann war sowas von nett und hilfsbereit. Die Gegend ist grandios. Und alles gut zu erreichen. Der Steinbruch unterhalb des Hauses störte uns nicht. Es war einfach schön. Danke

A pool with a view

Bei der Ankunft wartet ein kleines Abenteuer, um zum Haus zu kommen. Es geht von der Straße noch 2 Minuten über eine steile Bergstraße. Das Haus an sich ist großzügig und liebevoll ausgestattet. Die Schlafzimmer haben gemütliche Betten und viel Platz. Die Küche ist mit Gasherd und großem Kühlschrank und Gefrierschrank sehr gut ausgestattet! Abends auf der Terrasse zu sitzen haben wir sehr genossen. Das Highlight ist natürlich der Pool. Der war sauber und wurde alle 5 Tage gewartet (der Poolmeister kommt meist früh morgens und ist total freundlich). Um den Pool gibt es viele Möglichkeiten im Schatten den riesen Garten zu genießen. Der Garten ist aber nicht komplett abgeschossen/umzäunt. Es ist sehr ländlich und unser Hund hat die Gelegenheit genutzt und in Ruhe alles erschnüffelt. Die nächste große Straße ist weit weg, so war es okay. Wichtig zu wissen ist, dass unterhalb des Grundstücks ein aktiver Steinbruch liegt. Die normalen Arbeiten stören nicht, aber alle 2-3 Tage wird gesprengt. Das ist laut und unser Hund hat sich doll erschreckt. Manchmal hatten wir Rehe in der Nähe des Hauses. Unser Aufenthalt war super erholsam, das Haus und der Pool perfekt und die Ansprechpartnerin immer erreichbar. PS: An Mückenschutz denken!

Absolut ruhige Lage ist anders...

Haus: Grundsätzlich wie beschrieben hinsichtlich der Ausstattung - allerdings war der Kühlschrank defekt und erst nach 4 Tagen bei rund 35°C ist das nicht gerade optimal und mußte getauscht werden. Die Fotos des Hauses sind veraltet - der "Schattenplatz" als Freisitz dargestellt am Pool ist stark bewachsen, Mücken kommen gerne zum "Mittagessen". Die auf den Bildern abgebildeten Holzliegen sind durch teilweise defekte Plastikliegen getauscht - keine Polsterauflagen verfügbar! Das Haus sollte Insektenschutzgitter haben - oder daran denken ausreichend Mückenschutz mitzubringen. Nicht optimal ist ebenfalls die Wäsche des Vormieters in der Waschmaschine vorzufinden... Anfahrt: Wer mit SUV anreist hat keine Probleme - mit "normalem" Fahrzeug mit tiefer Frontschürze/Sportfahrwerk oder ohne Unterfahrschutz könnte es knapp werden. Lage: Absolut ruhig? Der nahegelegene Steinbruch arbeitet von morgens 600 Uhr bis abends ca.1930 Uhr - auch sonntags. Die Lärmbelästigung durch Abbrucharbeiten/Sprengungen/schweren Baufahrzeugen ist nicht zu überhören (haben Videos gemacht...). Leider ist dieses nicht in der Beschreibung ausgewiesen (dann hätten wir nicht gebucht) und Vermieter war hier weder kunden- noch lösungsorientiert. Umgebung: Einkaufszentrum ca. 30min Fahrtzeit entfernt - der Strand ist nicht zu empfehlen (s. Internet-Fotos). Fazit: Die Beschreibung ist irreführend - wir sind viel europaweit in Ferienhäusern unterwegs; Preis/Leistung stimmt hier einfach nicht.

Erholungsurlaub in der Toskana

Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen, die Lage der Unterkunft ist traumhaft, wer Ruhe und Abgeschiedenheit mag wird es hier lieben. Das Haus ist mit allem was man braucht ausgestattet. Einfahrt zu Unterkunft ist etwas abenteuerlich, aber mit der Zeit gewöhnt man sich dran. Zum Dorf muss man Berg hochlaufen, ist aber gut schaffbar , dort bekommt man alles was man fürs alltägliche braucht. Wir würden jeden der Natur und die Toskana liebt diese Unterkunft empfehlen. Ein Punkt Abzug , die Toilettenspülung sind etwas schwierig zu bedienen bzw. anders als das was wir do kennen. Aber ansonsten: wir kommen wieder!!!!!

Authentische, sehr gute Unterkunft

Zusätzlich zu den hier schon beschriebenen sehr positiven Eigenschaften der Unterkunft, die alle zutreffen, möchte ich noch sagen, dass das Haus eine wirklich hervorragende Ausstattung hat. Nicht nur im praktischen Sinne, sondern auch eine elegante, stilvolle Einrichtung, mit sehr gutem Geschmack ausgewählt, authentisch zur Toscana passend. Man fühlt sich so zuhause, dass man gar nicht mehr weg möchte. Castellina Marittima ist ein wunderbar intaktes Dorf in dem es alles gibt was man braucht, wo man gegrüßt wird, und in den kleinen Geschäften ist man durchweg willkommen. Die Bäckerei kann man nur empfehlen! Dabei bleibt alles angenehm untouristisch und ebenfalls sehr authentisch. Wir können Unterkunft und Lage wirklich nur weiterempfehlen. Danke an Vermieter und Betreuer für diesen wunderbaren Urlaub.

Sehr schönes Haus

Wir waren sehr zufrieden: tolle Einrichtung mit allem was man braucht, um sich wohl zu fühlen. Es war alles sehr ordentlich und sauber! Leider waren die Matratzen nicht so bequem und weich, aber insgesamt ok. Das Haus ist insgesamt in einer fantastisch ruhigen Lage, es hat eine herrliche Aussicht und man hat absolute Ruhe. Am Pool gab es Liegestühle für 7 Personen und genügend schattige Plätze zum Liegen. Es war jederzeit unkompliziert möglich, mit Stefania per WhatsApp und Google- Übersetzer zu kommunizieren. Mückenschutz sollte man auf jeden Fall mit im Gepäck haben. Wir können es wirklich empfehlen!

Vacances de rêve entre mer villes toscanes

Vue imprenable de la mer jusqu'à la montagne avec des couchers de soleil magnifiques. Maison joliment décorées, très pratique avec ses 3 salles de bain et 2 salons . La piscine est très agréable avec son coin à l'ombre, seul petit bémol pas de ventilateurs pour les nuits chaudes.
