Guests will be asked to pay the following charges at the property:

• Cash deposit: EUR 200 per accommodation, per stay
• A tax is imposed by the city and collected at the property. This tax is adjusted seasonally and might not apply all year round. Other exemptions or reductions may apply. For more details, please contact the property using the information on the reservation confirmation received after booking.
• A tax is imposed by the city: From 1 October to 30 April, EUR 1.00 per person, per night, up to 7 nights. This tax does not apply to children under 14 years of age.
• A tax is imposed by the city: From 1 May to 30 September, EUR 2.00 per person, per night, up to 7 nights. This tax does not apply to children under 14 years of age.
• Cleaning fee: EUR 70 per accommodation, per stay.
• Utility fee: EUR 75 per accommodation, per stay
• Deposit is payable by bank transfer and is due within 24 hours of booking the reservation.

• Pet fee: EUR 50 per pet, per week
• Service animals are exempt from fees
• Late check-in fee for check-in between 9:00 PM and 12:30 AM
• Bed sheets fee: EUR 10 per person, per week (or guests may bring their own)
• Towels fee: EUR 15 per person, per week (or guests may bring their own)
