The villa, which sleeps 5, is set in well-kept private gardens, shaded by pine trees, with an attractive outdoor living area as well as spacious interiors.

The shaded pergola, reached through large glass doors in the living area, has a dining table and 6 seats, so guests can dine al fresco. Inside, the sitting area has two large sofas and armchairs. It is equipped with satellite TV and a music stereo. There is a dining area for 6 people, in an alcove off the living area. The separate, modern kitchen has direct access to the garden and pergola making outdoor dining very easy. The kitchen has everything you might need for stress-free cooking: cooker hob, oven, dishwasher and fridge-freezer.

Bedroom 1: The peaceful master bedroom, has a large double bed with ample wardrobe space and an en suite bathroom
Bedroom 2: This bedroom has 2 single beds, good wardrobe space and access to the small back garden.

Location
Punta Ala is a small peninsular known for its famous marina and lovely beaches. It is ideally placed for you to enjoy the coast and also explore some important Etruscan sites, such as Ventulonia (45 minutes), an ancient hill town. In addition to its famous necropolis and Etruscan museum, the town hosts its own version of the Palio (September), but the Palio di Ventulonia features donkeys instead of the horses that race in Siena. The town of Castiglione della Pescaia is just 20 minutes from the villa. It is a charming ancient fishing village that in the Middle Ages expanded around the castle known as the Rocca.

For guests interested in wine, a visit to the Rocca di Frassinello vineyard (45 minutes) is a must. Here you can sample local wines and buy directly from the makers to enjoy at home.

The villa is close to food shops (300 meters) and just 1.5km from a good supermarket. For more active guests, there are tennis courts just 1.5km away and a golf club 3km. Various sailing clubs at the marina, offer sailing classes for all ages.

Pisa’s international airport is 1 hour and 30 minutes away.
