CALIFORNIAN VILLA IN CAVALAIRE SUR MER 350 M2

Very comfortable luxury villa, with a view on sea, surrounding hills and port of Cavalaire sur Mer. 350 m2, for 10 people, 5 double bedrooms, 4 bathroms, 5 toilets. Heated swimming pool 13 x 3,50 m. Several terraces.
Ideally located in a private, secure and very peaceful residence, 1km from the beach and close to the center of Cavalaire, with all convenient shops and services. Not far from St Tropez (20 mns) and La Croix Valmer (5 mns) and Gigaro (5mns).
Very large living room with fireplace, an open plan and spacious kitchen with the dining room. From the living room, you will have a direct access to one ou our terraces where you will enjoy a view on the sea or the swimming pool while having a drink or your dinner.
At this very level, you have the main double room, with air conditioning and attached bathroom (bath and shower),a very large dressing and TV. Two other air-conditioned double rooms with each a bathroom (shower), dressing and TV on the same level. All bedrooms are fitted with 180 cm beds, of whom 2 have beds possibly divided into 2 beds 90 cm. The 3 bedrooms have a direct access to the terrace.
>On the garden level, you have 2 double bedrooms with fans, of whom one has the possibility to transform the 180 cm bed into 2 beds in 90 cm., each its TV, and a shared bathroom with direct access to the swimming pool and the pool house, equiped with a summer kitchen, a living room, dining space and barbecue. Billiards.
Possible parking outside in front of the villa.
Linen provided (sheets, towels, dish towels) but no beach towels.
Possibility to have a housewife during yr stay if needed for 25€/hour.
Final housekeeping and laundry included.No pets please !

Wonderful villa, perfect location, had a great holiday!

Spent a week at the end of August / beginning of September. At the end of the season, so not as busy as during the height of summer. The villa is well-appointed with everything you need and a great location for the beaches, the towns of Cavalaire and La Croix Valmer, St Tropez and the nearby hilltop villages of Gassin and Ramatuelle. Living area and bedrooms are luxurious and the pool is super. The location is calm, quiet and convenient to everywhere with a lovely sea view. Just what we wanted and my family had a great holiday!

Very nice and spatious villa

We spent a relaxing week (2 families, 10 people) in this very celan and spatious villa. Elisabeth was friendly and helpful at the check-in and also during the week.

Huset trænger til en kærlig hånd

Husets design og indretning er som på billederne, men når man ankommer er det er tydeligvis nogle år siden billederne er taget!!! Pool og poolområdet er dejligt - stor og dyb pool - men det fremstod slidt. Derudover er det generende, at der ikke er en udendørs bruser, som man kan anvende før og efter brug af pool. Tagterrassen, som er det sted med ultimativt bedste udsigt, er ikke møbleret og fremstår forladt - man kan simpelthen ikke opholde sig deroppe, ud over at stå op. Trappen til at bevæge sig op og ned til poolen (og tagterrasse) er så slidt, at man næsten kan bliver nervøs for om den holder - det gør den men det er ikke rart. Udearealer i øvrigt, fremstår generelt velholdte. Indenfor fremstår flere møbler i opholdsstuen også meget slidte, tæpperne der er lagt over møblerne, hjælper ikke på indtrykket. De 3 værelser på ankomstniveau fremstår fine og med god aircondition. Det sammenhængende køkken og stue (også på ankomstniveau), er meget lyse og rigtig rare at opholde sig i. Køkkenet er velegnet til at lave mad, også flere personer sammen, men det er desværre ikke særlig godt ekviperet, f.eks. var der ikke en eneste skarp kniv trods der var en del. Generelt var udstyret i køkkenet meget brugt og uens. Mange tallerkener, kopper og glas er skårede, og man kan ikke dække et bord til 7 personer hvor alle glas og tallerkener er ens, og ikke har skår eller revner. Da vi havde huset var der både et blus og en ovn der ikke virkede, det var generende. Det fremgår ikke af annoncen, at man skal igennem garagen for at komme ned til kælderværelserne (på pool niveau). Det er egentlig ikke et stort problem, men det er på den anden side en meget uskøn adgang. Det overraskede os, og man skal være opmærksom på, at de værelser der ligger i kælderen er meget afsondret fra resten af huset, og altså har en meget lidt præsentabel adgang. Værelserne i kælderen har ikke aircondition, men kun fans. Vi måtte trække lod om hvem der skulle have værelserne i kælderen, der var ingen af os der synes der var rart at være. Husets beliggenhed er god, i et meget stille og aflukket område. Det tager ca. 20-30 minutter at gå ned til havet.

Un séjour inoubliable

Une propriétaire tres sympathique et a l écoute depuis le début de la réservation jusqu à la fin de notre séjour , au moindre petit problème , celui ci était réglé de suite , le lieu est très calme et reposant. Supérette, plage, boulangerie etc à proximité. Saint tropez a 25 minutes en voiture. Tout y est pour passer de magnifiques vacances. Un grand merci Elisabeth pour votre accueil et sûrement a l année prochaine ☺️🥰

Superbe vacances dans un cadre très agréable

Maison très agréable et très bien équipée. A noter de très bien: - La grande pièce très agréable et fonctionnelle à 11 personnes. - Un quartier très calme - Le roof top: sympa avec une jolie vue. - Une superbe piscine avec une plage de 2m pour les enfants en bas age: top! - la facilité pour garer les voitures (4 voitures). - La qualité des équipements de façon générale - Le rez de chaussée équipé avec cuisine + frigo + lave vaisselle: super pour les repas au bord de la piscine. - La bienveillance, la disponibilité et la gentillesse de Elisabeth. Seul petit point à noter: les deux chambres du bas sont un peu sombres avec accès par le garage et sous ventilateur. Mais rien à reprocher car la description de la maison le stipule. Nous remercions encore Elisabeth pour ce séjour sympa en famille. -

Sehr schöne Villa in ruhiger gepflegter Umgebung.

Insgesamt Erwartungen sehr gut erfüllt, jedoch: - Entfernung zum Strand gut 2 km und nicht wir vermerkt 700 Metet - Pooleinrichtung nicht für 10 Personen ausgestattet und müsste ersetzt werden - Pool nicht wie versprochen alle 4 Tage gereinigt - Es können nicht alle 10 Personen an einem Tisch essen, weder drinnen noch draußen - grosse Differenz in Bezug auf Zimmer/Design/Bad zwischen Pool Floor und 1. Etage
