Hotel Swan - Caxias do Sul

The hotel is well located in the center of Caxias, easily walkable to stores and shops. My room was comfortable and clean, and had a desk for working, openable window and good sized bathroom and shower. There is an exercise room, sauna and heated pool on the top floor. The breakfast buffet offers plenty of options. The staff is extremely attentive and helpful, they went above and beyond to help me with everything I needed. I've stayed 4 or 5 times, and will continue to stay there when I visit Caxias.

They made me pay for parking of the vehicle I had rented when it. Kearny indicated when I booked that breakfast and parking was included. But you guys always screw your customers. I am going to start using another service that doesn’t included Expedia. I always check Expedia first, but no more. You can’t say that parking is included I. The premises and they charge me for parking. I would have chosen another hotel - and in the future another service provider. It’s not the first time you guys change the rules half way through the game. Julian

O hotel é super bem localizado. Já ficamos hospedados neste hotel, o cafe da manhã estava bom, mas pode melhorar. A limpeza do quarto deixou a desejar, ha ia pó em cima da prateleira do lado do guarda roupa. A garagem tem o valor acessível. A eatrutura da piscina é boa, mas a água estava um pouco turva, pode ser melhorada. No geral gostamos e deixamos o recado na recepção para melhorar.

Boa localização no centro da cidade. O espaço do cafe da manhã é pequeno, ficando lotado e de dificil circulação em horarios de pico, com opções reduzidas mas que nos atenderam bem. O restaurante possui um cardápio variado para almoço e jantar, com pratos bem generosos. Na ocasião nao estavam atendendo serviço de quarto, acredito que pela falta de funcionários. Hotel possui bagageiro para armazenagem das malas antes do check-in e depois do check-out. O quarto era bem espaçoso, com mesa e duas cadeiras para refeições, poltrona, e bancada de pia grande no banheiro. Como pontos negativos e de melhorias destaco que apesar de ter ar condicionado, o mesmo não esfriava, parecia apenas circular o ar então passamos um pouco de calor a noite. E não há tomada dos dois lados da cama.

Olha o hotel bem localizado, funcionários atenciosos, mas esta é a segunda vez que vamos lá, especificamente o nosso quarto apresentou vários problemas, e só um foi resolvido, cofre não funcionava foi consertado, box vazando muita água do banho, sem solução, sistema de travamento de porta com liberação de energia e aviso aos camareiros de quarto ocupado, não funcionava, o que fez que duas funcionárias, em vezes distinta, entraram no quarto em um momento inoportuno. Mas pela experiência anterior acredito que o problema era pontual no quarto, e não no hotel, da outra vez não houve restrição a nada
