Excellent views. Slippery sidewalks when wet. Wrong finish on concrete nearly slipped three times. The stairs to the units are not safe when wet from rain. Again the finish on the steps is extremely slippery when wet. Slipped on 4th flour steps and nearly slid out the side of the railing 30 plus feet. They need better paint with traction grit in it. Got two huge bruises on my thigh and calf and nearly cracked my crotch open when i got caught on the vertical railing pipe at the bottom of that flight of stairs. Scarry.

This hotel is a must visit when in Belize! The property is beautiful, the staff are attentive and very kind. The unit exceeded my expectation. It was a sad feeling leaving but if ever back in Belize it’s without a doubt that I will be back. I also wanted to mention that Jairo was so helpful. He also made a point to remember my boyfriend’s and I’s name and that attention to detail did not unnoticed. I highly would recommend this place.

My stay at Blu Zen in Belize was absolutely amazing from start to finish. The property is beautiful, peaceful, and perfectly set up for a relaxing getaway, but what truly made the experience unforgettable was the outstanding service — especially from Ericka. Ericka went above and beyond in every way. She was warm, attentive, and always made sure we had everything we needed. Whether it was answering questions, offering great local tips, or just checking in with a genuine smile, her hospitality made us feel right at home. You can tell she genuinely cares about the guests and loves what she does.

Staff was very helpful from arranging transport for airport to advice (and a golf cart pickup) on local food options. They have their own boat to pick up on South Island. Condos and grounds are well kept. On site restaurant run by outside owner was a disappointment mainly due to lack of food options in low season (no pizza at this pizza place!). On the other hand the pool bar/resturant was very good value.
