Itâs a perfect escape for a couple, a beautiful setting and very intimate. A couple of things that are good to know: the bathroom doors are louvered, so if you are not already on comfortable bathroom habit status with your person, this might change that! As other reviews have noted, the bed is fairly hard. Two nights would be my maximum. And if you are at all pillow picky and are wondering if you should bring your own, you should. It was a beautiful peaceful place and we had a wonderful time. Thank you so much!
The property was clean, wifi reliable, and well supplied. I would note that the driveway past the gate is note an easy drive for low cars which do not have AWD/4WD but there is room in front of the gate for 1-2 vehicles.
I felt a fairy would pop out of the woods. The place is as quiet and quaint as you could ask. Overwhelmingly warm and full of charm. The place has peace and a personality that is all its own.
We had many adventures in the area, but we always looked forward to settling down in the hot tub, relaxing by the stove, and having a peaceful night's sleep. This is a one-in-a-million location.
We will always have the fondest of memories of 66.
This was exactly what my husband and I needed for a little getaway! The property was quaint, cozy, and so peaceful. It was clean and had all the amenities we could ask for! The hot tub under the massive redwood trees was the cherry on top - canât wait to stay here again!
A unique, magical cabin in a beautiful forest setting. We enjoyed the eclectic art and decorations from different eras and places. The gorgeous, well crafted redwood interior was a delight. The many windows let in the lovely forest view.
The lounge chairs by the hot tub allowed us to gaze up at the tall redwoods and contemplate. The silence was broken only by chirping birds or occasional distant dog bark. Truly relaxing. We felt asleep to the call of a Great Horned owl.
