We did not stay at all in the place, because the place worse terrible

We ask for our money back, or at least a refund, but the the agent Mr lumal first did not reply at all than he told us that he been on vacation, and after that he denied us any refund back at all. Like I said the place worse not in the way you advised it on the website. The staff has been not there(the care taker) and the apartment has not been ready for to move in. After a two days flying there all what you want is a place to refresh yourself and try to sleep. All that we could not do. So we decided not to stay in the already paid apartment. All in all we would not recommend the agent again, because Mr lumal just toke advantage of the situation in generally.
