Breakfast was always good! The elevator can get really hectic so time yourself if you are in a hurry. We were on the 15th floor and it was pretty cool to see the city!

The hotel is still recovering from an earthquake, and it really shows. There are paint patches on the walls inside the room, and maintenance seems to be ongoing. There’s no air-conditioning in the lobby, elevators, or corridors — only the area near reception has proper cooling.

Great location, across SM City Cebu, easy to get a taxi. There is 711 in the building. Shower drainage is very poor. Buffet breakfast always run out of food and refills take a long time. Found a small cockroach in my bathroom.

The room was clean. The staff was friendly and helpful. Plenty of shops, and 5 minute walking distance to the SM Mall, and it was very nice. The air conditioner was excellent!
