Customer ask to vacate their car from the parking car and find to park somewhere else as there is no more parking space for the ownerâs car. đłđłđł what is that???. Receptionist did not know if we were booked. Showed my booking confirmation but they donât know and they can not verify as they donât have internet connection to check for the booking. They need to take a photo of customer own confirmation email , took a picture of my ebookers booking,as well as my full confirmation email and text it to the owner's to know if there is really a booking while customer waiting long for the text reply before customer is checked in. In fairness room size is good enough as we booked a for family room. Amenities needs to be updated. No TV etc. It needs renovation specially the toilet.
bathroom has many functions out of order, i waited 2 days the maintenance who never came! cockroaches and mosquitos doesnt stop! check well the room before accepting...
your pictures lied about how your rooms look, but i don't want to be rude i just want to be realistic. Your beds were comfortable sleeping on but your TV's and bathrooms are very primitive. We still want to say thank you for giving us a place to sleep in.
The place is terrible, the hotels.com should send someone to inspect the property before they include it in the app and they should send someone to surprise visit the hotel. The pictures are deceiving and I think I need a refund
