Renovations Require

The Radissoon, is still a nice hotel but lacks investment. I’ve stayed here since it opened. The pool was closed for maintenance purposes and the steam room is still out of order and aging gym equipment. The original furniture is almost 10 years old acquiring some newly furnishment.

Excellent service and staff was very friendly. Even though the pool was out of service, they made sure that my stay was pleasant especially for my kids. The breakfast staff was great. Not a beachfront hotel and pool was unfortunately closed for maintenance. Room does smell a little musky, probably from the carpet. They try to freshen up the corridors with air purifier however, it's noticable in the room. Plus are breakfast spread is great and service is friendly and attentive.

Excellent hotel with outstanding staff. Really good quality food better than all the restaurants in the adjacent SM mall. I specifically like to thank two people who work for this hotel; first is the room operation manager Ms. Riza Serafin and the lobby lounge attendant; Miss Jamaica who did their best to make my stay a very memorable one. Both of these folks must be promoted. They are assets for the hotel and should be rewarded for their outstanding service to the brand of Radisson Blu. Keep up the great work.
