Front desk was friendly and helpful. King size pet room was well appointed and comfy. It had already been redone. They are doing a complete renovation on the upper floors. Great pet area to the right of the hotel. Definitely recommend a stay here. I was surprised at how busy it was.

Compete remodeling stage. Dirty and unfinished rms

Not till after checking in did we find out that the property was in complete remodel. Upon arrival we noticed there were stacks of large boxes in the lobby. Though it looked like furniture. Not a big deal. They’re in the process of swapping out furniture. The hallway and staircase had a very dark trail of dirty colored carpet. Then arrive to the room. There were chunks of dried mud trailed from the door throughout the room. Very noticeable on the entry and bathroom tile. We took a towel and wiped down the floor. It was if it hadn’t been clean for weeks. Room was in the middle of being painted. Even though the walls had splotches of paint all over it wasn’t a big deal. It didn’t have a strong paint smell to worry about. But the bathroom had splatters of paint in the sink, shower, floor and mirror. Very sloppy painters. Tripped over floor drain cover the was not screwed down. I was more frustrated that there was nothing noted when reserving that the property was undergoing a large remodel. Would have not stayed there if that was know.
