The graveyard guy was great. Helped me the first time my room key didn't want to work. The manager the following day when the second set of room keys failed to work wasn't great. I don't particularly care for being accused of not understanding how the keys work and that I'm the reason they keep failing. In my career I am aware of how RFID and mag strip cards work and I know how to separate them. That said, the third set of cards I went kinda excessive to keep them away from everything and apparently that did the trick. Shouldn't be necessary, but here we are. Then I got trapped in the elevator for 15 minutes. Overall, the room was nice. Location was convenient. Decent amount of services nearby. With the amount of wireless devices available in today's society the card lock system should probably be looked at, and customer service should be a bit more " hey let me help you" and less " keep this away from your phone, dummy".

The TV didn't work, The bed linins where stained, there must be little to no isulation as we heard every little noise. The only great part was the kind lady that was serving the breakfast in the morning.

The first room we had the TV didn’t work so we got moved to another room and there was black smudges on the comforter and toilet was dirty with urine in it.
