Staff two stars. Breakfast two stars, understaffed, and did not keep up with restocking of food. Hot food warmers appeared to be the size you would use for a private party, not a hotel. Room two stars. I found hair and bits of dirt or lint on the sheets under the cover. It appeared as if the sheets may have never been changed from the last guest and the bed was just re-made.

It was very dirty. We had family staying in multiple rooms, and every room was dirty. It looked like the beds were changed and the sink wiped down, and that was it. The pool and hot tub area were also disgusting.

There was a hole in the ceiling of our room from a leak, tiles in bathroom were lose, lamp didn’t work, hot tub was dirty. Definitely get what you paid for with this room.
