A Twin size 6 inch Memory Foam Tri-Fold Futon Mattress w/ sheets/blanket and pillow will be provided for the 3rd and 4th guests. Located at the base of the Brian Head resort mountain.

This room is provided with broadband WiFi internet through a private in-room Verizon Hotspot with download speeds between 5 and 12 Mbps and upload speeds between 2 and 5 Mbps.

Guest will have shared access to the living room, dining room, kitchen, 110' projection screen theater room, and teppanyaki area. Use of teppanyaki/hibachi table requires use of professional chef.

There is also a half-court basketball area weather permitting.
