Cedar Key stilt home located in a residential and quiet area of the island! Surrounded by incredible oak trees with water views, this is the perfect stay for couples or families. Relax on the front porch with comfortable seating, enjoying the breeze from the water. Inside, the home is light and bright with comfortable living space, dining area for four, and a large fully equipped kitchen. This home features two bedrooms and two bathrooms with comfortable furnishings. There is space for two vehicles maximum in addition to room for a boat trailer! Consider renting a golf cart on the island to travel to downtown and Dock Street like a local.

Home is pet friendly for a max of 2 dogs, less than 40 pounds. Pet fee is $50 per pet per visit, 2 pet maximum.

Outside of property

I only gave this property 3 stars because the house really need some attention. There is standing water in a boat which results is lots of mosquitos..I am assuming that is the owners boat..there is unused items under the property that needs removed or cleaned up. The inside was very tidy...kitchen was useable...overall not bad but would not rent again
