Other than the one elevator needing maintenance and the pounding starting extremely early in the morning and continuing all day, the stay was great. Everything was clean, everything was wonderful, the breakfast was delicious, the service was friendly, loved the stay.

The room was nice. The curtains would not shut so very light in the room all night. The tub had rust in it and some mold in the grout. It looks like they are revamping the rooms. The floor above me is being remodeled and on Sunday morning workers started early making noise above me, rather annoying!

Entire hotel seems neglected and needs updating. Staff were pleasant and helpful. Room shower was leaking which splashed onto the floor, it was hot and stuffy in Room and musty smelling, lights need replacing in bathroom. Also, they didnt include the right toiletries. Too many lotions, no conditioners. Just seems like there isn’t any maintenance ir proper upkeep.

There were couple hairballs on bathroom floor, and some hair in bath tub from last people in the room I am guessing. Also the floor length mirror was very dirty! Otherwise room was good.

When I arrived they were very short staffed. Nobody was at the front desk. the front desk girl was trying to do so many things because of staff shortage. The check in system was down. The didn't have enough maids to clean rooms. Rooms were not ready. The staff despite the troubles tried to do their best to help and accommodate guests.
