I want to warn people about the contradictory description of this property! I'm sure you can relate to just searching for the keywords to find what you are looking for after weeks of trying to find a place to stay. I do take responsibility for not reading all of the "fine print", but please know I have screenshots to back up what im telling you. I searched VRBO for 3 adults, and 2 children. We wanted at least 3 beds and 2 baths as we were taking my 76 year old father in law who was just widowed this year to visit his other son and family. The listing said 4 guests max, but it let me proceed with the 5. I was upfront about him coming in messages with the host, and told him the ages of my children. We paid 700 extra for what I assumed was my father in law. When we arrived the host said my kids were the extra charge, but that he would allow it this once. If its 4 max then why would they be extra I thought? Oh thats because if you skip a few paragraphs then he says you can have 4, but its 50 each per night. The house was beautiful and very clean, as I would expect for what we paid for a week...but please know you cant have family over for dinner as the host watches the security cameras and even watched to count who was in the spa. He does say no events or extra guest, but again in another paragraph it reads this property is perfect for family get togethers.
