Our room has cigarette burn holes throughout the carpet and dust and debris on headboards and tables; dust and hair all over the bathroom in drains and on counter; no tissues in the tissue box, only half a roll of toilet paper; the people in the room next to us (there was a connecting door) were super loud on a Sunday night. We wwere awoken by a fire alarm on Monday morning at 7am and therefore did not get to eat breakfast with all the commotion, no one spoke to us about what was happening nor came to the room to ensure we were vacuated. My husband had PTSD and takes sleeping medication-thank God I was there to get him up and out. The uncrustables that we bought for our son were expired (we saw the date AFTER he ate it). The customer service people att he desk were learning the new check in program on the computers and therefore took us a very long time to check in. We have stayed there before but will not again.

Check in was easy and front desk offered options and confirmed preferences. Room was super clean, bed was comfortable. Shower was a bit low pressure but maybe because we requested higher floor. Breakfast was okay, they ran out of yogurt but that was really it, everything else was 👌
