La Canonica, Camedo, Switzerland

The rectory is a detached house and is located right next to the church in Camedo. A quiet area surrounded by the green nature of the Centovalli. Near the house you will find a tavern and a restaurant. The parsonage is very close to the Italian border and also to the beautiful Domodossola (ITA), which can also be reached by the Centovallina train in a little over an hour, following a route through beautiful scenery. Or you can reach Domodossola in just 40 minutes by car.

The rectory has a separate entrance on the ground floor. Entering on the right you will find yourself in a bright and cosy living room with balcony also ideal for a coffee or an open-air aperitif, a discreet opening will lead you into the beautiful kitchen arranged in such a way as to make you feel at home. In the kitchen you will find a coffee moke, electric oven, induction hobs, a nice fridge with freezer and all the kitchen utensils. Also on the ground floor is a large bathroom with a bathtub. Going upstairs, you will find 2 rooms with balconies, one with a double bed and one with separate single beds (but they can be coupled if desired). The double bedroom has a bathroom with shower. If you feel like writing or reading or working on your PC, an appropriate room is available for our guests.


From the glass door on the ground floor (in the living room), you can access the outside and go down to the laundry room (a washing machine and dryer are provided for our guests), where you will be amazed at the space that can serve as a convivial corner for an aperitif with family or friends, or simply for a relaxing moment outside in front of your garden.

The Camedo rectory is 30 minutes from Locarno and beautiful Ascona.

As a guest of La Canonica, Camedo, Switzerland, you'll find barbecue grills, a garden, and laundry facilities. The front desk is open around the clock.
