The hotel was brand new and very clean. All the staff were so friendly and helpful. We had heavy snow during our stay, and one of the staff members kindly helped brush the snow off our car the next morning. I really appreciated their kindness!

Desde nuestra llegada, tuvimos una experiencia maravillosa en este magnífico hotel nuevo. La atención de todos y cada uno de los colaboradores fue excepcional, pero quiero destacar especialmente a Ángel, quien nos trató de una manera increíble. Gracias a su amabilidad y dedicación, realmente nos sentimos como en casa. Recomiendo ampliamente este hotel. Sin duda, un lugar maravilloso para hospedarse. Nos íbamos a quedar 2 noches y nos quedamos 3.

Quiero compartir lo maravilloso que es el personal de este hotel. La atención que recibimos fue excepcional. El hotel es nuevo, hermoso y amplio; los colchones son muy cómodos, y todo en general fue excelente. No puedo pedir más. He viajado por muchas partes de Estados Unidos y, en todos estos años, no había encontrado un hotel así, ni un personal con una atención tan magnífica. Además, está ubicado cerca de los outlets premium, a solo unas calles de distancia. ¡Lo recomiendo al 1000%!
