Staff were exceptional especially at the sports bar. Stay was comfortable except no hot water in the shower on the last day, despite letting the water run. :( Having to take an ice cold shower before checking out was not a pleasant way to end my stay.

The hotel was unresponsive and unhelpful for my request to cancel. My young child was sick preventing us from out of state travel and they would not refund or credit the room to a different day for the room or tickets. I lost $400. I even paid for expedia insurance which was denied and is a scam.

Your parking system SUCKS. The little piece of paper everyone get when entering blows in the wind as I tried to scan it at the 2nd gate. It of course would NOT scan..therefore the next gate will not open. Everyone was having issues with it. The line went almost to the street. Then I needed to park my car in a "NO PARKING" zone in order to check in and get my room key because WITHOUT the room key, I can't get out of the next gate to get to the parking lot to park my car. Luckily I didn't get towed...THEN my room key didn't work to open the gate..which led me to park again in the NO PARKING zone so I could re visit the check in clerk to re activate my key so I could again go thru the gate to access the parking lot to park my car. THEN YOU HAVE THE NERVE to charge me $46 per day after spending $300 a night for your room I would never go back unless you refund me the two day parking fees for the aggravation I went thru.
