Staff was completely incapable. Check in was at 4:00 and I didn’t get into my room until 5:00 pm. The wifi is terrible. The room was dirty. Will never stay here again. Especially as a Bonvoy member.

We purchased club level room with access to club lounge for breakfast. Multiple people at check in refused us entry to the lounge and it wasn’t until a manager got involved and informed them that we had in fact paid for club access that they gave us keys to access lounge. They were unkind about the whole process. Then two of the four elevators were broken so we waited forever for elevators each morning. The one morning we had been waiting over 10 min for the elevator and an employee came around the corner with a luggage cart, cut in front of the 8 people waiting for the elevator and pushed inside so we had to continue waiting while we rode down on the elevator with his cart. The reading light was broken in my bed so I called for repair at 5:30 pm one evening as we were leaving to go out for dinner. When we returned it wasn’t fixed so we went to bed. At 10:10pm an employee knocked on the door to fix the light and woke us up. There was mold and bugs in the room. We definitely will not stay here again.

The only issue I had was the parking garage when it was time for us to leave, It seemed really confusing wandering around with different exits being closed so it made it very hard to get to an event on time due to that. But otherwise the stay was great and there was nothing negative to report. Staff was friendly, check in and out process was seamless and rooms were clean!

Nice room. Very clean. Eco friendly without a slew of small plastic bottles. Huge hotel. It may take you a while to get to your room The worst part was most of the elevators were broken which is why I rated condition as poor. How to almost all elevators break at once? It was a very full hotel. Long lines everywhere. The saving grace was the staff who worked extra hard to help overcome all the inconvenience. Without the staff this would have been a terrible experience.
