Uncomfortable bed. Torn sheets with small stain on one corner. Thermostat did not work. Shower door wouldn’t stay closed. Water was hot or luke warm. My second night got canceled because shift change is right at check-in and communication is non-existent. I charged twice for incidentals and parking. Needless to say I didn’t argue about the canceled second night because I did not want to stay there again.

Charged extra for parking, smells of animals coming through ventilation, beds very uncomfortable! Toe nail clippings on floor of room! The staff was polite! I would have have requested my money back through you but finding a person to speak to proved to difficult! I was dealing with family issues finding different accommodation would only compounded the difficulties I was already dealing with!

The Hyatt Place was clean and our room was large and spacious. Location was great. Gym was nice and offered a large variety. Food options were minimal for dinner but breakfast was very good. Staff was friendly and we had fun at the free trivia night in the lobby.

The room was very nice and the view of the mountains was amazing. My only real complaint is that the room was not comfortable. The couch and bed were very hard and the pillows were quite thin. That said, comfort is subjective. I would definitely stay there again, but ask for better pillows. :)

Nice lobby and photos but don’t let it fool you.

Lobby is very nice and spacious but don’t let it fool you. Poorly designed rooms. Rooms look nice but are way too small. Even sofa area is too tight to get comfortable and not separated from bed at all. Weirdly undersized furniture. No real nightstands, just a shelf. Photos are very misleading. If you are two people with luggage, forget it. Also, they have that ridiculous see-through door between the toilet and the sink. NO microwave! And you are not allowed to use the one in the breakfast area. Good location but not if you’re going to spend any time in the room.

I loved the room itself - large, with a partition between the bed and a comfortable seating area (a large sectional sofa). The bathroom was very nice, and the king-size bed very comfortable. I will definitely stay here again when I am in Boulder.

Worked for the night but wouldn’t recommend for families of small children. Breakfast was limited, pool was very cold, and our room had several issues. Also, to park at the property in the garage was an additional $25.
