"Uns wurde als erstes ein Zimmer in der falschen Lage geben. Auf Nachfrage, wurde uns nach einem 15 minütigen Gespräch doch das richtige Zimmer geben. Dies würde ich mir beim nächsten Mal sehr gerne ersparen."
