"Wir hatten einen Parkplatz gebucht aber bei der Ankunft wurde uns gesagt, dass in der Garage aktuell kein Parken möglich sei (bauliche Probleme). Den Parkplatz hatten wir letztes Jahr mitreserviert (17€/Tag). Wir hätten nur am Hafen parken können (Festpreis für 24 h), und wenn man den Parkplatz für einen Ausflug verlassen wollte, musste dann wieder pro Stunde bezahlt werden . Die Mitarbeiter an der Rezeption waren zwar sehr freundlich, aber das Hotel hatte sich wohl nicht darum gekümmert, dass für Gäste, die diese Parkplatz gebucht hatten eine anderer Parkplatz zur Verfügung stand. Unter Service verstehen wir etwas anderes. Das geht gar nicht."
