"Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt spontan verlängert, weil uns das Hotel so gut gefallen hat. Schön eingerichtet, kühl und sauber. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Wenn wir wieder nach St. Petersburg reisen, wird es definitiv wieder dieses Hotel."

Sollte man dringend abreissen und neu bauen
"Wir waren schon weltweit in vielen Hilton Hotels, aber dieses war mit Abstand das Schlimmste! Umgeben von Baulärm. Obwohl man ein ruhiges Zimmer haben wollte, bekamen wir direkt an der Hauptstrasse eins - extremer Lärm bis spät in die Nacht. Zimmer extrem dreckig. Handtuchhalter fallen von der Wand. Getränkeautomaten auf der Etage komplett leer. Koffer musste man selbst nach oben transportieren, da kein Service verfügbar etc. "
