What stood out the most during my stay was the overwhelming courtesy, respect, friendliness, if each employee that I came across. Whitney, Lisa, Rihanna, plus any other staff member who just happened to be walking by. I’m sorry I didn’t get all the names, because each one deserves recognition. You could tell that they were all working as a team, with the same goal in mind…. customer service.

Check-in was a little severe - seems like they get a lot of dishonest people staying there. Otherwise, room was small, but clean and well appointed. Hot breakfast was served in the morning - good variety and well-prepared. Overall, a positive experience.
