Excellent location. We stayed here before and after doing the Tour du Mont Blanc. This was the perfect location because the AlbaBus dropped us off and picked us up to from Geneva Airport right next door to the hotel. Included breakfast was excellent and the staff were ver friendly and helpful.

We stayed in room 306. There is a bus station right next to it, if you are staying in summer and crack windows for air (as there is no AC), it stays noisy till past midnight. There is a restaurant in the back (Le Privilege) they had loud live music till midnight. Overall we liked the hotel and stay again.

Friendly place for skiiers

Our group used Plan B before and after some adventures in the Alps. It worked out really well. We found the hotel to be friendly and well setup for ski adventures. Had a nice game area and bar. Definitely will return next time in Chamonix!

Great location! Less than 5 mins to Augille du midi cable car and Town centre. Lovely hotel with great facilities in communal areas .. games, lounge / bar / dining .. kids area & small bowling lane. Saw adverts for spa facilities but only stayed one night so didn’t investigate. Great selection at breakfast. Room was spacious & clean - Mountain View’s were breathtaking. Good glazing meant no disturbances from outside. Would have liked to have had a body lotion in the bathroom, but by no means a dealbreaker! Nothing too much trouble for the staff who I had interaction with and all spoke impeccable English - my French is limited. I don’t ski, but a couple checked in before me & were offered advice on rentals & ski storage within the hotel. Great information available for those wishing to ski & resort buses pick up just outside the hotel. The coach pick up point for transfers to Geneva airport & beyond was at the end of the hotel block. Would definitely stay again if in Chamonix.

Stayed for 6 nights. Location was great with easy access to the buses for skiing during the day and short walk to the town for dining and shopping at night. Staff was particularly friendly and helpful with advice and how to get around. Breakfast at the hotel was also a great way to start the day.
