The apartment was nice and the location was great. The view was nice. It definitely feels like you're staying in somebody else's house though. While we were there, the property manager was very responsive. The stove isn't American user-friendly (you have to swipe the top button like a toggle, not just press it. took us a while to figure this out). The beds were not made, just sheets and duvet covers were provided, we had to make it ourselves. We paid 194 Euros as a cleaning fee, so this seems like something they should've taken care of with that fee. We also had to take out the trash + recycle (to a facility a block away) and strip all of our beds before we left. The property managers were not responsive ahead of the check-in. I tried to get in touch several times with logistical questions, and they did not get back to me until a week before my stay. Lastly, they required a security deposit which they required a separate transaction for through another 3rd party (I ended up giving credit card details to 2 vendors for this 1 booking). Seems like something they need to figure out how to streamline because that security deposit process seemed like spam to me.
