In the district of Esserts, in a quiet, sunny position, 4 km from the skiing area, in a cul-de-sac, in the countryside, south facing position. Private: garden 80 m2 with lawn. Terrace, garden furniture, barbecue. Motor access to the house. In Winter: please take snow chains. Single garage. Grocery 3.5 km, restaurant, café, bus stop 300 m, thermal baths 4 km. Ski bus stop 300 m, ski school 3.5 km, cross country ski track 3.5 km. Please note: car recommended. The owner does not accept any youth groups. Free ski bus service to the ski region d'Ovronnaz.

Exit to the balcony, to the terrace. Large, open kitchen (oven, dishwasher, 4 induction hot plates, toaster, kettle, microwave, electric coffee machine, Capsules for coffee machine (Nespresso) extra, raclette grill, fondue Set (chinoise, cheese)). Sep. WC. 2nd upper floor: gallery with cable TV, flat screen, video, hi-fi system and DVD. Terrace furniture, barbecue, deck chairs (4). Very beautiful view of the mountains and the valley.
