"Das Hotel ist sehr schön gelegen, sehr geschmackvoll gestaltet und möbliert. Zimmer grosszügig und modern. Schöner Balkon mit wunderschönen Blick Cathedrale und malerischer Innenhof.
Leider mussten wir feststellen, dass das Househousekeeping unser Bett sehr oberflächlich gereingt hatte (Haare und Dreck unter Leintuch sichtbar!) dies wurde aber unverzüglich in Ordnung gebracht und anschließend konnten wir ein tiptopp ordentliches Bett/Zimmer beziehen. Die reception ist sehr aufmerksam und das Personal sehr zuvorkommend und aufmerksam!"
